I am an Assistant Professor and Director of First-Year Composition in the English Department at Clemson University. My research interests include rhetorics of violence, visual and digital rhetorics, and public feeling. My book, Ecologies of Harm: Rhetorics of Violence in the United States, is due out from the Ohio State University Press in February 2020.
